With Illinois entering Phase 4 at the end of June, Crystal Lake Babe Ruth is set to begin it's summer baseball season. In an effort to keep everyone safe, the following guidelines have been put in place as we prepare to start. Due to the guidelines set by the Governor’s Restore Illinois Plan, all Crystal Lake Babe Ruth activities are suspended.
We are still working toward a complete season of baseball and we are exploring the best way to make that happen, while following guidelines set forth by the Governor and the Crystal Lake Park District.
As of today, we are planning to start on July 6th with small gathering style practices. This date is subject to change, based on the Restore Illinois Phases. With a July 6th start date the season would include games in August and September.
We understand that some families have other commitments during this time of year. if you are not able to participate in a delayed season, please contact us for a refund at [email protected]
We will keep you updated as we receive more guidance from the Park District and Government.
