Crystal Lake Babe Ruth Baseball (CLBR) is one of the most popular and successful youth sports programs in the county. In today’s youth sports environment, travel programs have become popular and have left little opportunity for every young athlete that wants to play baseball the ability to afford to do so. While being a competitive recreational league, our focus at CLBR is to provide young men and women a place to play baseball, learn the game and have a lot of fun. Our Sponsor program is what allow us to keep this opportunity affordable for the families and youth of our community.
We are proud to say that our Sponsors have helped make our program possible and successful for over 55 years. We would like you to consider supporting Crystal Lake Babe Ruth as a sponsor to keep the league strong for our players and community.
Non-profit youth sports leagues, such as Crystal Lake Babe Ruth, operate through a great deal of community volunteerism, but there are many costs associated with running such a program. Registration fees are kept as low as possible and only cover a portion of those costs. The remaining costs are covered by donations from sponsors such as you. Such donations help pay for things like uniforms, equipment and baseballs, field maintenance, umpires, tournaments, and long term future improvements.
CLBR is beginning the 2019 season focusing on player and coach development. Our Board of Directors will be working with all the coaches in our league to ensure that the players are being taught the correct skills in the most appropriate manner possible. We are also instituting player development programs across all age levels (13-19). This enables each player will be able to track their progress year to year.
On the following pages, you will find all the details about the varying levels of sponsorship that Crystal Lake Babe Ruth has to offer. We have tried to structure our new sponsorship program so that at least one of the levels will fit within any budget and will provide a greater value back to your business. We are very excited for the 2019 Crystal Lake Babe Ruth Baseball season and we feel that our future has never been brighter!
